Returns 退貨

We carefully select and pick up your items from Disney stores. We also make sure your items are packed nicely and safely with protecting materials. Please bare with us that we won’t be able to arrange return.
所有商品皆經我們在迪士尼精心挑選，面交或發貨前亦會再次檢查及妥善包裝，請諒解我們未能提供退貨服務。

Exchanges 換貨

Please contact us with pictures proof through ‘Contact Us‘ or Instagram/Facebook on the day you received the package if you encounter any of the following two situations:
1.  products are defective or damaged during the shipment: we will provide solution based on your situation.
2. incorrect products received: shipment will be rearranged and we will reimburse the postage for the return package.

 

Exchanges terms & conditions are as follows:
1. Products must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the products has been used or worn.
2. No exchange is allowed if the product is a bit different with the pictures/imagination, color aberration, poor workmanship or the size is not fitted.
3. All products could only be exchanged once, and sale products could not be exchanged
4. Exchange is applicable to same products only and could not exchange to different products or same series with different characters.

若因商品有明顯瑕疵或款式錯誤，
—面交取貨: 您可於面交當刻即時申請換貨，其後並不能換貨。
—順豐取貨: 您可於取貨當天透過目錄裡的[聯絡我們]或 Instagram/Facebook 聯絡我們申請換貨。
為方便您即場檢查，我們會安排面交換貨。當商品準備妥當後，我們會與您聯絡安排面交。面交詳情請參閱目錄裡的[港澳地區]。

 

換貨條款及細則如下﹕
1. 明顯瑕疵是指拆封時商品有明顯人為污跡或破損等情況，但不包括商品標籤或包裝上的瑕疵。
2. 商品若因速遞途中損毀*、實物與想像不符、尺寸不適合、色差、造工不完美等，恕未能提供退換服務。
3. 換貨商品需未曾使用，保持完整清潔，保留原本出售狀態和所有商品標籤和包裝(如有)。
4. 換貨僅限於換成同一商品，不可換成其他商品或同款商品但其他角色。
5. 曾經換貨的商品及優惠商品均不設退換。
* 我們寄出商品前會先檢查，確保商品完好無缺。若商品不幸於速遞途中損毀，我們恕不負責。如對此有所顧慮，建議您可於結帳時選擇面交取貨，方便即場檢查，因速遞途中損毀將不能退貨或換貨。
