我們提供以下取貨方法，各有不同收費：
—面交：免費，面交時間表可參閱目錄裡的[港澳地區]
—郵局派遞：易送遞Smart Post郵件派遞服務，視乎包裹重量，運費會於訂單結算頁面顯示，$13起。
—順豐(順豐站/智能櫃/工商地址/住宅地址)：視乎包裹重量及運送所用包裝物料，運費$30起，取貨時付給順豐即可。運費計算可參考以下網頁：

*順豐現不設住宅附加費及偏遠地區附加費。
We have the following three order status which also describe our working flow after receiving your submission.
On-hold/Payment Pending: We are waiting for your payment.
Processing: We will pick up your order in Disneyland/Disney Store soon. Products from different Disneyland/Disney Store will take different times to arrive our side.
Delivered: All the products arrived CnD Corner! The package is being shipped to you by post office. You can start to track the package in HK post office and your local post office website.
訂單共有三個狀態:
待付款：我們正在等待您的付款。如選用[銀行轉帳]，我們會發送轉帳資料給您，如一個工作天後仍未收到轉帳資料，可透過目錄裡的 [聯絡我們] 或Instagram/Facebook 聯絡我們。
備貨中：我們正在從香港迪士尼樂園或專門店為您購買商品，各地方的商品的到貨時間不同。
已發貨：所有商品已到貨並經已發貨。如選用順豐發貨，即代表我們已將您的包裹轉交予順豐。當包裹到達自提點後，您將會收到由順豐發送的SMS通知，請根據通知內的指示於期限前到您所選擇的自提點提貨。 如選用面交，我們會於交收後更改至此狀態。
The required time depends on whether in-stock or pre-order items are included in the order. Your order will be ready for shipping after all the items arrive our side. The required time of the items are as follows:
In-stock: within 1 week
HK pre-order: 1-2 weeks
JP pre-order: 2-3 weeks
UK pre-order: 3-4 weeks
US pre-order: 3-5 weeks
*Arrival day will be postponed on any JP/UK/US or HK public holidays.
*The required time is started to count after the official release date for Disney Store pre-order items.
備貨時間視乎訂單內的商品種類而定。現貨及預訂商品需要不同的備貨時間，當訂單內的所有商品到貨後，我們便會準備發貨。
商品預計到達天數如下：
—現貨：1星期內
—香港預訂：約1-2星期
—日本預訂：約2-3星期
—英國預訂：約3-4星期
—美國預訂：約3-5星期
*預計到達天數會因當地假期或香港公眾假期延遲。
*如屬於迪士尼尚未發售的產品，則會在產品推出日後開始計算預計到達天數。
For international order, you will be notified for the tracking number when your package is shipped. It will then take around 7-14 working days to arrive but it depends on the handling times of your local post office.
For local/Macau order, you will be notified when your package is shipped using SF Express. It will then take around 1-3 (HK) / 5-7 (Macau) working days to arrive.
當訂單顯示為已發貨，我們會通知您發貨資訊。您會在寄出後約1-3個工作天(香港)/約5-7個工作天(澳門) 收到商品。
You can use the tracking number in [Orders] to track the package in HK post office and your local post office website.
您可以利用[訂單]裹的追蹤號在郵局或順豐網站查閱包裹運送狀態。
Items remain in your shopping cart for as long as your account is at active status, but inventory is not guaranteed until you submit the order and settle the payment successfully.
只要您的帳戶處於活躍的狀態，商品就會保留在購物車中，但在確認訂單並成功付款前，我們無法為您保證庫存。
Our products are listed in pre-order price which may be adjusted due to the changes in foreign currency exchange rates or any promotion by Disney. If the product is in stock item, the in-stock price may also differ from pre-order price depending on its rarity and difficulty of the purchase. It won’t be possible to change the price on an submitted order once it’s been placed.
商品價錢為預訂價，會因外幣匯率變動及迪士尼提供的優惠而有所調整。如商品屬於現貨，價錢亦可能會因應購買難度及稀有度而跟預訂價有所不同。訂單一經確認便不能更改價錢，敬請諒解。
PAYMENT INFORMATION 付款問題
CnD Corner currently accepts Hong Kong bank account transfer. You can check the payment details at the page of Check Out.
我們接受香港滙豐/澳門中銀銀行轉帳付款。本地銀行轉帳資料會於提交訂單後電郵給您。付款方式可參閱訂單結算頁面。
Sorry, we are unable to provide partial payment option. We only pick up your order in Disneyland/Disney Store after receiving full payment.
松松閣只是代為於世界各地迪士尼樂園或專門店預訂商品 ，所以很抱歉預訂時不能只付半數或到貨時才付款。
The invoice we sent is in Hong Kong Dollar(HKD). But no worries. PayPal can convert it to your local currency when you make the payment.
很抱歉，我們只接受以港幣付款，但如果您選用信用卡或PayPal 付款，PayPal會助您轉換至港幣付款。如您選用銀行轉帳，您可用澳門幣付款，我們會於您提交訂單後，透過電郵提供澳門中銀轉帳資料。
We are sorry that we are unable to make changes or cancel a paid order. Please be sure to review your order very carefully before submitting it.
很抱歉，我們未有提供更改或取消已付款的訂單服務。請於提交訂單前仔細檢查訂單內容。
For pre-order products, they may become out of stock and is no longer available at Disneyland or stores during our pick up. If your order contains other products, these products will still be shipped to you and the unavailable products will be removed from your order and the value and corresponding shipping charge of the unavailable product will be fully refunded to you through PayPal within 7 workdays.
預訂貨品如因迪士尼商店顯示為已售罄，我們會從您的訂單取消該預訂貨品，並於7個工作天內/面交時退回其訂金及相關運費。其餘商品會如常發貨。
Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.
商品價錢未包含任何關稅、稅項或雜費。如收件地址為香港以外的地區，當地海關或郵局會通知收件人額外繳付相關費用。
ACCOUNT INFORMATION 帳戶資料
Go to the login page and click “Register” button. Enter the required field and we will get a new account set up for you in no time. We will only ask you for information necessary to make the purchase process faster.

To reset your password, go to the login page and click “Forgot password?”. Once the new window opens, enter the username or email address associated with your account. An email with instructions will then be sent to the email address in our record or the one you provided.
